Thai Yoga Therapy Massage

Thai yoga massage / therapy has been practiced for over 2500 years throughout Thailand. As the customary therapy from the monarchy (the royal protocol) to the hill tribes, this is how the Thai people take care of one another.  Much different than the western idea of “massage” Thai therapy, sometimes called “Thai massage” or “Thai yoga massage” is a combination of assisted, passive yoga positions, gentle rocking, deep stretching and rhythmic compressions. Some people may feel intimidated because of the dramatic looking stretches and assisted positions shown in photos. thinking this therapy is only for the flexible but nothing could be further from the truth. Every session is customized to the individual, however mobile.  Benefiting those with mobility issues and pain management immensely. Although this powerful therapy can create lasting improvements it can be gentle and just as effective. We suggest that a series be performed for ultimate benefit.

Bethany is amazing! Don’t miss out on her wonderful talent. The LomiLomi and Thai are my 2 favorites.

— Diana H,

My experience with Thai Yoga Massage
I have MS. For me, stretching is very important. I have found that this massage technique is not only helpful for my condition but is comfortable, and afterwards I feel energized. I would highly recommend it to anybody whether or not they have a particular medical condition or not.
